Terms & Conditions

On behalf of (Company Name),

I, ______________________________________________, hereby accept your proposal and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Quotation valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

• I will send through an official purchase order and a 70% payment to proceed unless otherwise arranged.

• Delivery is set between four (4) to six (6) weeks from the date of the purchase order and is dependent on stock availability.

• All sales are subject to the conditions that ownership passes only on full payment and risk passes on delivery.

• Installation warranty is three (3) months on workmanship from the date of sign-off.

• Goods that are faulty or dead on arrival are subject to the supplier's Return Merchandise Authorisation process, which will take effect immediately once reported.
